CBT is an active therapy that aims to give you the skills and tools needed to overcome common problems like anxiety and depression by working on unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving. Within treatment sessions, I will help you make sense of the relationship between your thoughts, physical symptoms, emotions and behaviours in a safe and non-judgemental environment. As a team we will work together to help you overcome the problem, at a pace you feel comfortable with in order to help you achieve your personal goals for therapy.
Unfortunately no one is immune from experiencing emotional difficulties and we can all be vulnerable at different times in our lives of feeling depressed, stressed or anxious.
